Returns / Refunds / Replacements
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping and the product must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
If your product was received damaged please notify us immediately. Damaged items are eligible for refund / replacements provided the original unboxing video is provided as proof within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Share the video with us on Whatsapp +91 9620546546 or email to email@example.com stating your name and order number. This eligibility is upon discretion.
The following are not eligible for refunds / replacements:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable / Digital Files
Our damaged goods policy lasts only 48 hours from the time of delivery and receipt of the item. If the aforementioned time has elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
